Because of the technology-driven age in which we live, Oncort understands that information is communicated every milli-second of every day. Whether via text, Facebook, Twitter, or chat features like Google Hangout, people are talking. Oncort wants you to benefit from effective communication; hence, the creation of Oncort’s New Referral Program.

PURPOSE
Oncort’s Referral Program was developed to provide a Referral Bonus to those who help Oncort build lasting relationships with new commercial clients.

ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Those eligible to receive the Referral Bonus include individuals, current clients, and appointment setting companies. The following criteria must be met in order to receive the Referral Bonus:

• The prospect must be a new client to Oncort Professional Services
• The prospect must sign a standard one-year service agreement

REFERRAL BONUS
A Referral Bonus of $200 will be paid to an individual, current client, or appointment setting companies. The funds will be distributed via VISA gift card. The Referral Bonus will be paid 30 days after the start of the new service agreement. Only 1 (one) Referral Bonus per account will be awarded.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION REQUIRED TO DETERMINE REFERRAL BONUS ELIGIBILITY

Email the following information to sales@oncort.com:

• Name of Company being Referred
• Name of Contact Person from the Company Referred
• Contact Number for the Company Referred
• Your (Referrer) Name and Contact Number
• Date of Referral Submission

Oncort will notify each submission applicant of the final status of the client referred.
